Your card details for online payments are processed via SagePay secure online gateway. we do not have access to your complete card details.

We will only send marketing emails If you choose to join our mailing list. Should you choose to join our mailing list, we will send you a monthly or bi-monthly newsletter. For this purpose, we store only your email address.

You have the right to request access to the personal date which we hold on record for you. You also have the right to request that the data we have on record for you is deleted; for example if you wish to be removed from our mailing list. If you have ordered a product / service from us, we will need to retain sale records for a period after the sale; for example if you have a fault on a product, we will be able to recover sale information to help with warranty purposes and or refunds. (please note we do not store card details)
Guns & licensed products; as a registered firearms dealer with are required by law to store records for all gun sales & licensed product details for a minimum of 20 years.
